1. Company Overview
SUAVE Chauffeur Ltd ("we," "us," or "our") is a UK-based provider of premium chauffeur services for both personal and corporate travel.
2. Booking Process
- Bookings may be made online, by phone, or via email.
- A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of a booking confirmation from us.
- You are responsible for providing accurate pickup details, timings, and special requests.
- We reserve the right to decline incomplete, incorrect, or non-compliant bookings.
3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
- Full payment is required in advance, unless credit terms are pre-approved.
- Accepted payment methods: debit/credit cards, bank transfers, or approved third-party platforms.
- Additional charges may apply for waiting time, extra stops, or booking modifications.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Standard bookings: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup (full refund).
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours): 50% charge applies.
- No-shows or cancellations within 2 hours: Non-refundable.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
5. Delays & Waiting Time
- We monitor flight schedules and traffic to adjust pickups accordingly.
- 15-minute complimentary waiting period included; thereafter, waiting fees apply.
- No liability for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen disruptions.
6. Passenger Responsibilities
- All passengers must behave respectfully and adhere to safety guidelines.
- No smoking, eating, or alcohol consumption in the vehicle unless pre-approved.
- Damage caused by negligence will incur repair/replacement charges.
7. Luggage Policy
- Disclose luggage details accurately at the time of booking.
- Not liable for lost or damaged personal items.
- Oversized/excess luggage must be declared in advance.
8. Liability Limitations
While we strive for punctuality, we cannot guarantee compensation for missed flights, appointments, or delays beyond our control.
Maximum liability is capped at the booking fee paid.
9. Vehicle Substitution
If the booked vehicle is unavailable, a comparable or superior replacement will be provided at no extra cost.
10. Website Usage
Prohibited: Misuse, false submissions, or disruption of services.
All content (text, logos, images) is our exclusive property and may not be reproduced without permission.
11. Data Protection
Personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy, compliant with UK GDPR & Data Protection Act 2018.
12. Policy Updates
We may modify these Terms periodically. Changes take effect immediately upon posting.
Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by English & Welsh law. Disputes fall under exclusive UK court jurisdiction.
